Divine DS takes the elegant, expressive DS look a step further, characterised by a unique blend of materials
Divine DS has the taut exterior lines, sculpted features and powerful styling that are becoming synonymous with our cars. The outside also hints at what lies within. The recessed headlamps contain Swarovski crystals. It’s the first time these have been used on a car and they feature inside as well. We designed the interior to show that the spirit of the avant-garde is an overarching philosophy that runs through the very core our cars. The cabin is uncluttered because all the main controls are on an HD touchscreen. And we partnered with exclusive French embroidery house Maison Lesage to take interior personalisation to a new level.
The new word for personalisation
In Divine DS, the dashboard covering and door panels can be changed in 15 minutes. Exotic materials give three different finishes including Maison Lesage inspired Parisienne Chic. We call this flexibility ‘hyper-typage’.
A COCOON OF CONTRASTS
The cosy interior of Divine DS has a different ambience on each side. The driver is cloaked in contours and sharp relief. The passenger’s side feels more flowing and airy
The driver sits behind a dynamic-looking rectangular steering wheel on sculpted seats. And what seats they are. The DS Watchstrap design has been taken a step further showing a possible future direction for our upholstery.
The involvement of Swarovski and Maison Lesage proves how DS is expanding the frontiers of automotive design.
