NEW CAR CUSTOMERS
We have a suite of services and actions in place to ensure that buying a new car remains a pleasurable and safe experience for you.
OUR DS CONCIERGE TEAM
Whilst our physical showrooms are temporarily closed, we remain open to serve you with our DS Concierge team. Having identified your DS of interest, the team can be contacted to answer all your DS questions and if you choose, place an order with your local DS retailer.
SAFE HOME DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We offer safe and secure home delivery or click and collect* in accordance with the UK Government’s COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.
Our retailer network have implemented strict measures to ensure your vehicle is delivered in a safe, hygienic, contactless process. Your new DS will be prepared using precise sanitation measures, limiting contact with the vehicle where possible.
Your retailer can also provide you with online guides and telephone assistance to help you familiarise yourself with all of the technology and vehicle controls on your DS.

DEFER YOUR PAYMENTS
We understand that despite the current circumstances, you may still need to purchase a new vehicle. At DS Automobiles, we’ve created a 3 month deferred payment scheme to support your purchase.
When purchasing a car from stock, via Personal Contract Purchase, you do not have to pay anything for the first 3 months.
This is one way to offer greater peace of mind at a time when you may have other financial commitments on your mind and means you can enjoy the benefits and comfort of a new vehicle, without making a payment for 3 months, 6.9% APR REPRESENTATIVE**

There are three options available at the end of the PCP agreement: 1) You can hand the car back with nothing more to pay (subject to mileage and condition), 2) Pay the optional ﬁnal payment and keep the car, 3) Part exchange and use any equity towards a new vehicle.
NEW CAR WARRANTY DEFERRAL
In the current circumstances, you may be taking your new DS on the road less than usual. We acknowledge this, and so for all new DS’ delivered during the COVID-19 lockdown period, where no extended warranty contract has been obtained, the Contractual Warranty start date will be deferred to reflect the end of the lockdown period ***. This is to ensure no aspect of the Warranty period is being diminished for you as our customer accepting delivery during this period.
