Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter - Citroën UK Ltd t/a DS Automobiles, a company registered in England and Wales with company number U442011 whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND.
How to Participate - To enter this promotion entrants must follow the instructions outlined on the social media post on Facebook. All valid entries received prior to the closing time 05/07/17 at 23:59 PM GMT will be collated into a spreadsheet and five (5) winners will be chosen randomly using a number generator. Each winner will be entitled to 2 tickets to ‘Tony Visconti: A Life in Music’ at the Union Chapel in London, UK on 24th July.
This promotion is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.
Entry to the promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
Restrictions - This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over at the date of entry. Proof of age and proof of UK residency may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, any company or person connected with the administration of this promotion, any companies or persons involved in the sale of the Promoter's products, including but not limited to Citroën/DS Automobile dealers may not enter this Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for entries that are not received or are incomplete, corrupt or delayed for any reason. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete, inappropriate, indecent, illegal, fraudulent or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and may be removed. Only the first entry for each individual will be considered.
Opening and Closing Dates - This promotion opens on 01/07/17 and closes at 23:59 PM GMT on 05/07/17. Entries made before or after these dates and times shall not be eligible.
The Prize - There will be five (5) winners selected across entrants on the DS Automobiles’ official Facebook account. The winners will win:
2 Tickets to ‘Tony Visconti: A Life in Music’ (24th July) at the Union Chapel in London, UK.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
The prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged and there is no cash alternative. Winners for each competition will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process being a random number generator.
Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of the DS Automobiles UK subject to availability. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. The prize cannot be attributed to other people. No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prize does not have to be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for the prize (or any part of it) a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
Notifications - The winners will be notified via Facebook. They will then be directed to send details via direct message or email.
The winners will need to contact DS Automobiles UK via Private Message when notified. Winners must provide their full name, postal address, date of birth and full contact details including email address and telephone number. If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the prize, or no response is received within 48 hours of contact, the prize will be forfeited.
Data Protection - The Promoter may collect personal information from entrants under the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data privacy laws. The Promoter will use entrants' information for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and this may involve the processing of data by third parties in the EU for the purposes of administering this promotion By entering this promotion, entrants give permission to the Promoter to use the entrant’s name, image and any other details used in their entry for promotional and or/editorial purposes in any format or media without additional consent being necessary. In addition, the winner agrees to take part in all reasonable pre-event, during event and post-event publicity requested by the Promoter.
