1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” refers to Stellantis UK Limited trading as DS Automobiles, whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND.
2. The “Prize” refers to 2 (two) hospitality tickets to attend the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in Portsmouth on Sunday 26 July 2026 for the winner plus one guest. The winner’s guest must comply with any applicable venue, event organiser and ticketing requirements, including any age restrictions or conditions of entry.
3. The prize includes admission and hospitality only. Hospitality package inclusions are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the event organiser, venue and/or hospitality provider.
4. Travel to and from the event, accommodation, meals (other than those included within the hospitality package), spending money, insurance, and any other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they are able to travel to the event venue and attend on the specified date. If the winner is unable to attend, no alternative prize, compensation or substitute event tickets will be provided.
5. The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over (“Entrants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families, and agencies and the Promoter’s authorised retailers.
6. By entering the prize draw, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. The prize draw will be open from [12:00 BST] 10 July 2026. All entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 16 July 2026. One (1) winner will be chosen by the Promoter on 17 July 2026 from all valid entries received by the closing date via Instagram. The winner will be notified on or after this date by Instagram direct message or such other reasonable contact method available to the Promoter.
8. In order to enter the prize draw, Entrants must complete the following steps:
a. follow the @ds_uk Instagram account;
b. like the competition Instagram post on the @ds_uk page;
c. comment on the post their dream coastal destination; and
d. tag 1 friend.
9. The Entrants who complete the above steps will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
10. No purchase necessary. Entrants will not be required to pay to enter the prize draw.
11. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
12. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
13. The Prize will be awarded to a selected winner who has entered on Instagram and is randomly selected by the Promoter from all valid entries received by the closing date. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
14. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 3 (three) working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The short response timeframe reflects the date-specific nature of the Prize.
16. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with the prize draw or these terms and conditions and shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
17. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
18. So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
19. Attendance at the event is subject to any applicable venue, event organiser, ticketing and hospitality terms and conditions, including security checks, entry requirements, health and safety rules, changes to the event programme and any postponement or cancellation of the event.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the liability of the Promoter for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud.
21. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
22. Your data will be held in accordance with data protection laws and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at www.dsautomobiles.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html. The administration of the prize draw is a service as specified in the privacy policy. In order to administer the prize, the Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details. Entrants’ details will be passed on to a third party for the administration of the Prize.
23. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
24. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
25. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of the Promoter after the winner has been selected, where lawful and subject to any applicable consent and privacy requirements.
26. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
