In the event of a breakdown call DS Roadside Assistance on 0800 877 8455  - (option 6), lines are open 24 hours a day across the UK and Europe.

• Assistance At Home

• Onward Travel

• European Cover

 

Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid vehicles: All new DS vehicles are covered, free of charge, for 3 years starting from the date of registration.

Electric vehicles: Are covered, free-of-charge, for 3 years or 100,000 (whichever occurs first), starting from the date of registration.

If you sell your vehicle within the free cover period, the remaining cover is transferred to the new owner.

With every DS Service*

After every service of your DS by us you will receive 12 months Complimentary RAC Roadside Assistance*. In the unlikely occurrence of a breakdown, RAC's mobile patrols will attempt to repair the issue roadside or transport you to your nearest DS Retailer.

DS Accident Assistance

In the event of an accident, one call to 0800 877 8455  - (option 6), DS Accident Assistance, will give you all the support you need.  Everything from getting your car to a DS Accident Repair Centre, to arranging a courtesy car whilst yours is off the road.  Lines are open 24/7.  You can also reach DS Assistance from the Contact and Assistance section of the My DS app.
