For new connected vehicles ordered since 3 July 2023, DS Automobiles is offering a bundle of connected services with the Connect ONE and Connect PLUS packs, in addition to other à la carte services. Customers with existing orders for a connected vehicle made prior to 3 July 2023 should check the availability of connected services and the subscription terms for their connected vehicle in the DS Automobiles service store. We recommend entering the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the DS Automobiles service store, to check, activate or subscribe to eligible offers. Click here for more information.
DS Automobiles would like to inform its new customers that for vehicles with a warranty starting on or since 1 July 2025, the connected services included in the Connect ONE and Connect PLUS packs are set to evolve to ensure an improved user experience and adaptation to market challenges. These changes may include additions, updates or changes to the connected services included in the packs.
Customers may wish to regularly check the general terms and conditions of use, available on the brand's connected services portal, to keep up to date on changes.
If a major change is made, the relevant users will be contacted.
