Equipped with a petrol engine combined with a self-charging electric motor, DS 4 HYBRID offers reduced CO2 emissions and improved fuel efficiency, with up to 15% less fuel consumed on average.

DS 4 HYBRID benefits from :

a PureTech petrol engine,
an electric motor,
a 48V Li-Ion battery,
a timing belt starter and dual-clutch transmission.

The petrol engine and electric motor work together to optimise energy consumption:

during strong acceleration, to create a boost effect,
during deceleration, to regenerate the battery's charge,
at low speeds and over short distances, DS 4 HYBRID switches to 100% electric, zero CO₂ emissions.

Inspired by Paris, the City of Lights, DS 4's hypnotic DS MATRIX LED VISION projector headlights, coupled with its daytime running lights, striking blades of light made up of 150 LEDs, give an eye-catching and distinctive look.

Large alloy wheels

Particularly intricate, each alloy wheel designed for DS 4 conveys distinctive creativity. With the ability to upgrade to 19 inches, each design emphasises the car’s imposing presence.

The Extended Head Up Display marks an immersive visual experience likened to augmented reality. Projected through the windscreen on a 21 inch diagonal image 4 metres ahead, essential driving information appears to be porjected onto the road so you never have to take your eyes off it.

DS IRIS SYSTEM

DS IRIS SYSTEM is our new intuitive, ergonomic information ecosystem that can be completely personalised. It combines a personal assistant that uses a touch interface as well as understanding what you say so the system does what you want, when you want.

DS SMART TOUCH

Access one of your 6 favourite shortcuts (destination, contact, radio, ventilation set-up etc…) using a single movement without taking your eyes off the road through DS SMART TOUCH. Perfectly situated close to your hand, this touchscreen follows your movements and recognises gestures such as zooming in, zooming out and even handwriting.

DS DRIVE ASSIST 2.0 brings autonomous driving one step closer and enhances your safety. The system utilises advanced tehcnology including semi-automatic lane changing and anticipated speed recommendation using road sign recognition whilst allowing you to still have full control when you want.

DS IRIS System offers you the services of ChatGPT(i) The new feature by DS Automobiles utilises the power of Generative Artificial Intelligence with SoundHound's Chat AI platform, which integrates several knowledge domains, combined with the most cutting-edge large language models like ChatGPT API to deliver more timely and comprehensive responses than the previous DS IRIS Voice recognition System. ChatGPT is integrated in DS IRIS System thanks to the audio and voice recognition system of SoundHound. Being an Artificial Intelligence language model, it is developed to generate human-like responses based on deep learning, but as it is new and developing technology, its answers or information may not be totally accurate, correct or objective.
