ONE-PEDAL MODE
One-Pedal Mode technology allows an electric vehicle's acceleration and deceleration to be controlled with a single pedal. By letting go of the accelerator pedal, the car slows down with regenerative braking, which converts kinetic energy into electrical energy to charge the battery. This energy recovery is important and contributes to a better range.

Through our involvement in Formula E, we have optimised regenerative braking. Like an engine brake, it enables kinetic energy to be turned into electricity during deceleration phases, thereby charging your 100% electric N°8’s battery. Three regenerative braking modes (in addition to traditional pedal braking) are available with different levels enabling a greater or lesser degree of battery regeneration.
