OFFICIAL RULES DS AUTOMOBILES N°8 CHALLENGE
Competition overview
Take part in DS Automobiles N°8 competition to be in with the chance to win the strikingly refined DS N°8. Head to your local Toptracer driving range and put your ball within eight (8) feet of the pin on the famous 8th hole ‘Postage Stamp’ at Royal Troon to qualify. Your best attempt will remain on the leaderboard until the competition closes, when a winner will be selected at random.
1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter and thereby organiser of the competition is Citroën U.K. Limited trading as DS Automobiles of Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 1ND (the “Promoter”).
2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the Competition will take place at participating Toptracer Range locations in the UK in accordance with separate agreed list of venues, also available to view here toptracer.com/locations (the “Host”).
3. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over (“Entrants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V group companies, their immediate families, and agencies and the Promoter’s authorised retailers.
4. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received between 12:00 16 April 2026 to 23:59 30 June 2026. One (1) winner will be chosen by the Promoter on 6 July 2026 from all valid entries. The winner will be notified on or after this date.
5. Entrants may be required to enter into the Competition.
6. To enter into the Competition, Entrants must:
- Download the free Toptracer Range mobile app
- Sign in to your profile on the app
- When accessing the monitor page, select logo “Closest to pin”
- Participation in the Competition does not involve any payment.
How it works:
- Hit shots and try to get within 8 feet from the pin.
- Toptracer will record each shots distance from the pin on the master list.
7. Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as possible, however only their best attempt (i.e. their closest shot to the pin) will remain on the leaderboard and therefore be included in the prize draw, if it is a distance of eight (8) feet or less from the pin.
8. Entrants who attend the Toptracer range locations and land a shot that finishes within eight (8) feet of the pin will be entered into a prize draw to win the prize.
9. The Entrant is responsible for all costs associated with travelling to the participating Toptracer range location.
10. The prize (the “Prize”) is a DS N°8 standard range. Final specification may vary. Vehicle Excise Duty (VED), running costs, breakdown and car insurance is not included in the prize.
11. The winner will be selected by random from all entrants who put their ball within eight (8) feet of the pin.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within two (2) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with the Competition of these terms and conditions and shall be limited to the cost of the Prize in question.
15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Promoter or the Host shall not be liable under or in connection with the Competition or these terms and conditions and shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
16. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Promoter or the Host shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonable foreseeable or might reasonable have been contemplated by the participant and The promotor and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
17. So far as is permitted by law, neither the Promoter or the Host and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
18. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the liability of the Promoter of the Host for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud.
19. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
20. Data privacy of the Promoter (Citroën U.K. Limited trading as DS Automobiles): Your data will be held in accordance with data protection laws and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy which can be found on their website here – privacy policy. The administration of the Competition is a service as specified in the privacy policy. In order to administer the Competition, The Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address, preferred contact details (email or telephone number). Entrant’s details will be passed by Toptracer (the Host) to Citroën U.K. Limited trading as DS Automobiles (The Promoter) for the administration of the Prize.
21. Data privacy Host (Toptracer): All information submitted by entrant is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Toptracer’s Privacy Policy, accessible on the Toptracer App or website. Information that will be collected for the Competition is:
- Date played
- Profile name
- E-mail address
- Driving range registered to
- Skill level
If you win a prize Your Username and other profile details will also be provided to the Promoter as required for prize fulfilment and related purposes accordance with its own privacy policy: https://www.dsautomobiles.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html. Your username and other profile information may also be publicised by Promoter or Host on social media and elsewhere. This may include, for example, if you win the Competition, have a high score or your participation is otherwise noteworthy. If you have agreed to receive future marketing, The Promoter may also send you marketing communications in line with their respective privacy policy.
Additionally, the Promoter may request additional consent to publish and/or broadcast further information about you and/or audio-visual recordings of you ("Your Data") to publicize the Competition and its services and may invite you to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s). You may withdraw your consent to such use of Your Data in this way at any time by contacting Toptracer at marketing@toptracer.com or DS Automobiles at dsmarketing@dsautomobiles.com.
22. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
24. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted in the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
25. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and those of any third-party supplier of the Prize.
26. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
