OFFICIAL RULES DS AUTOMOBILES No8 CHALLENGE
Promotion overview
Take part in DS Automobiles N°8 promotion to be in with the chance to win the strikingly refined DS N°8. Head to your local Toptracer driving range and put your ball within eight (8) feet of the pin on the famous 8th hole ‘Postage Stamp’ at Royal Troon to qualify. Your best attempt will remain on the leaderboard until the competition closes, when a winner will be selected at random from the leaderboard.
1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter and organiser of the competition is Stellantis UK Limited trading as DS Automobiles of Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 1ND (the “Promoter”).
2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the Competition will take place at participating Toptracer Range locations in Great Britain in accordance with separate agreed list of venues, also available to view here toptracer.com/locations (the “Host”).
3. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over (“Participants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V group companies, their immediate families, and agencies and the Promoter’s authorised retailers.
4. Purchase necessary via a Toptracer Range booking. UK Bank account required for payment of part of the Prize. Internet access required for use of the Toptracer Range mobile app.
5. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promotion Period: All entries must be logged into the leaderboard between 12:00 5 October 2026 to 23:59 29 November 2026.
6. Entry requirements. To participate, a participant must:
1. Download the free Toptracer Range mobile app (if not already downloaded);
2. Set up profile if not already done by providing your full name, email address, username and password and sign in to their profile on the app;
3. Visit a Toptracer venue in the UK and pay for a driving range session.
4. Log into the screen adjacent to your driving range bay using the Toptracer Range app on your mobile device and following the instructions.
5. Select to play ”The DS No8 Challenge” Range Event promoted on screen.
6. Check the box to participate in “The DS No8 Challenge” Range Event and follow the onscreen prompts to complete registration (including agreeing to competition terms & conditions).
7. During the Promotion Period, participants may play “The DS No8 Challenge” (which features the Royal Troon course, 8th hole), as many times as they wish.
8. Only participants who enter “The DS No8 Challenge” and land the ball within 8 feet of the pin on the Royal Troon course, 8th hole, during the Promotion Period, will be entered onto the leaderboard (“Entrant”). In the event an Entrant achieves this multiple times, only the closest distance will be recorded as an entry on the leaderboard.
All Entrants will be submitted into the prize draw. There is a maximum of one entry into the prize draw per person.
Participation in the promotion does not involve any payment.
7. The prize (the “Prize”) is a DS N°8 standard range. The prize car will be delivered to the winner’s nearest DS retailer, who will then arrange for the winner to collect the car from them and carry out a handover. First registration and delivery costs will be paid for by DS Automobiles UK. Vehicle Excise Duty (VED), running costs, breakdown and car insurance is not included in the prize.
8. The Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
9. All valid entries made by Entrants will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted under the supervision of an independent body to take place within [5 working days] of the end of the Promotion Period. One winner and two reserves will be selected.
10. The winner will be contacted by email to the account associated with the winning entry within 2 working days of the winner selection. The provisional winners must respond, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions (residency in the United Kingdom, over 18 years of age), within 10 working days of initial notification at which point the winner will be confirmed. If the winner does not respond within the 10 working days, that winner will be disqualified and a reserve winner will be contacted and asked to provide the same information. Any reserve will also have 5 working days to respond.
11. If after approaching 2 reserves the Promoter has failed to allocate that prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the relevant prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an Entrant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
13. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or which cannot be uploaded to the Toptracer app for any reason.
14. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
15. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the liability of the Promoter or the Host for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud.
16. So far as is permitted by law, neither the Promoter or the Host and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third-party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
17. Data privacy of the Promoter (Stellantis UK Limited trading as DS Automobiles) (applicable to winner only): Your data will be held in accordance with data protection laws and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy which can be found on their website here – privacy policy. The administration of the Competition is a service as specified in the privacy policy. In order to administer the promotion, the Promoter will require certain essential information including name, address, preferred contact details (email or telephone number). The details of the verified winner will be passed by Toptracer (the Host) to Stellantis UK Limited trading as DS Automobiles (The Promoter) for the administration of the Prize.
18. Data privacy Host (Toptracer) (applicable to all participants): All information submitted by participant is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Toptracer’s Privacy Policy, accessible on the Toptracer App or website. Information that will be collected for the promotion is:
- Date played,
- Profile name
- E-mail address
- Driving range registered to
- Skill level
If you win a prize Your Username and other profile details will also be provided, with your consent, to the Promoter as required for prize fulfilment and related purposes in accordance with its own privacy policy. Your username and other profile information may also be publicised by Promoter or Host on social media and elsewhere. This may include, for example, if you win the Competition, have a high score or your participation is otherwise noteworthy.
The name and region of the winner will be available by sending an email to premiumnationalsales@stellantis.com with “DS x TopGolf” in the subject header to arrive between 1 December 2026 and 31 January 2027. The winner can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
The Promoter may request additional consent to publish and/or broadcast further information about you and/or audio-visual recordings of you ("Your Data") to publicise the promotion and its services and may invite you to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s). You may withdraw your consent to such use of Your Data in this way at any time by contacting Toptracer at marketing@toptracer.com or DS Automobiles at premiumnationalsales@stellantis.com.
19. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or the Host (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to participants or third parties.
20. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or the Host and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
21. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
22. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and those of any third-party supplier of the Prize.
23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
24. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
